Job summary

Creative Security is seeking professional and adaptable Mobile Flex Officers to support client sites across the South Bay and Peninsula. This role offers flexibility with shifts ranging from 1 hour to 2 days, and the potential to grow into a permanent full-time position this summer.

As a Mobile Flex Officer, you will travel between sites starting from San Jose, perform patrols, respond to alarms and incidents, and use TrackTik for reporting.

Qualifications

• CA BSIS Guard Card and valid CA Driver’s License required.
• 8-hour Guard Card training certificate (Powers to Arrest, etc.) required.
• Minimum 2 years Mobile Patrol Officer experience with multi-site route inspections.

Responsibilities

• Patrol & Observation: conduct foot patrols to inspect safety hazards and violations.
• Incident Response: respond professionally to alarms, emergencies, and 911 calls.
• De-escalation: manage interactions with the public with professionalism.
• Reporting: use TrackTik to scan checkpoints and log activities.
• Site Security: secure private parties, events, and construction sites per Post Orders.
