Allied Universal® in Archbald, PA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver to protect aerospace/defense facilities. You will conduct patrols, control access, and respond to incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining clear communications.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and completion of background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors.
• Maintain situational awareness and verify credentials per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense billing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency services when required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
