Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time, unarmed Mobile Patrol position in Irvine, CA, serving a healthcare location. The role emphasizes customer service, routine patrols, and a visible security presence to deter incidents.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare facility protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or facility concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and employee access procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities accurately and promptly in required reports.
