Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old or older and legally eligible to work.
• High School Diploma or GED or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of security experience; military experience considered.
• Strong customer service background and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of people.

Responsibilities

• Perform access control at security entrances and exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises in various conditions.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports and updates to management.
• Work in a team environment to meet site goals daily.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid and prudent judgment.
