Job summary

Veo seeks operations professionals to maintain our fleet and improve efficiency, ensuring riders have a great experience. You will locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance vehicles, and perform quality checks during your shift.

The ideal candidate works well in a team, enjoys hands-on work, and stays active throughout the shift. This is a 1099 independent contractor role; not eligible for benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
• Own a smartphone and be app-savvy.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Good communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow app instructions to complete shift tasks.
• Drive a company van to locate scooters and swap battery.
• Rebalance scooters from low demand to high demand areas.
• Perform basic repair and quality check.
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate/retrieve scooters.
• Other duties as assigned.
