Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting and represent the T-Mobile brand at National Sales partner locations.

You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and advance solutions through consultative selling. The role emphasizes relationship building, meeting sales targets, using digital tools, onboarding new customers, and staying knowledgeable about promotions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Use digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products and processes; stay customer ready.
• Be customer-obsessed: build rapport, follow up, capture referrals and manage Be Back processes.
