2020mobile is looking for motivated Retail Mobile Sales Associates to join our team in Evans, Colorado. In this full-time or part-time role, you will assist customers in finding the right plans and phones, while providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right plans, phones, and accessories.
• Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach.
• Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions.

Skills

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Positive, professional, can-do attitude

Ability to multitask and problem-solve

Customer service experience

Education

High school diploma or GED

Basic experience using computers and mobile phones
