Job summary

Signature Retail Services is hiring a Route Merchandising Associate in the Clifton Heights, PA market. You will travel within the assigned territory, service store locations, and execute planograms to support our client partners such as Lowe's and The Home Depot.

The role offers flexible scheduling, roughly 20–35 hours per week, with pay at $18.00–$20.00 per hour after paid training. No merchandising experience?

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Live within roughly 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• Proof of a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between store locations.
• Smartphone with phone, text, email and internet access for reporting.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required; paid training provided.
• Role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently within an assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service store locations.
• Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels, POP materials, fixtures and displays to enhance visibility.
• Down-stock merchandise and maintain shelf conditions for customer readiness.
• Collaborate with store personnel to assess inventory and place product orders as needed.
• Provide product knowledge to store staff and customers and represent Signature Retail Services professionally.
