Job summary

Signature Retail Services is seeking a Route Merchandising Associate for Clifton Heights, PA, with a flexible schedule of 20-35 hours per week and pay of $18.00-$20.00 per hour. The role involves travel in the Clifton Heights area with paid, hands-on training provided to develop merchandising skills.

You will service retail partners like Lowe's and The Home Depot, execute planograms, merchandise products, and maintain inventory accuracy while upholding brand standards. Training is included.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Live within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between assigned store locations.
• Proof of a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently throughout an assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service designated store locations.
• Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays to enhance product visibility and presentation.
• Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and ensure products are fully stocked and customer-ready.
• Partner with store personnel to assess inventory levels, recommend replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed.
• Serve as a product expert by providing knowledgeable support to store associates and customers, answering questions, and sharing product information.
