Job summary

WOW Motorcycles is expanding into commercial fleet and mobile service, seeking an organized, self-sufficient tech to oversee the new division. You will service golf carts and small fleet vehicles, travel to customer sites, and manage parts and documentation with minimal oversight.

The role emphasizes hands-on mechanics, independence, and the potential for real advancement in a fast-paced powersports environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background with experience in small engines, golf carts, or powersports.
• Valid drivers license and ability to tow a trailer.
• Strong organizational skills and independence.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
• Self-starter who requires minimal supervision.

What you need:

• Mechanical background (small engine, golf cart, or powersports experience required)
• Valid driver’s license, comfortable towing a trailer
• Strong organizational skills — you’re often the only one who knows what’s on your truck and what’s next on your list
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Self-starter who doesn’t need a lot of hand-holding
