Job summary

The Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking an experienced RN for a PRN Mobile Flex Pool position serving Florence, Marion, and Black River locations. Eligible for participation in the State Retirement Program.

Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care, leading care teams, and coordinating services across units while maintaining high standards of clinical practice and professional accountability.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required and RN licensed in SC or compact state.
• BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
• 1 year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Lead and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver age-appropriate care.
• Maintain patient safety, privacy, and professional behavior.
