Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking reliable Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to serve multiple retail venues within 90 miles of your home. You will work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile apps to review, schedule, and complete assignments.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, a valid driver's license, and a personal vehicle. You must pass background checks and MVR screenings. Flexible Monday–Friday scheduling with potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
• Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience with installation and merchandising is preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools is required.
• Ability to follow planograms (POGs) and client directives precisely.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays.
• Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs.
• Follow planograms, schematics, and client directives with accuracy.
• Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other equipment.
• Capture and upload photos to document completed work using a mobile device.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while representing the client.
