Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking reliable Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to work independently within a 90-mile radius of Charleston, WV. You will install fixtures, resets, and displays for top brands, following planograms and client directives, while maintaining strong store relationships and timely communication.

Hours are flexible 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. with a Monday–Friday schedule and travel up to 90 miles from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail installation and merchandising.
• Strong scheduling and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication with store staff and clients.
• Comfortable using mobile apps to manage tasks and document work.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble retail fixtures, shelving, displays and endcaps.
• Perform store resets, remodels, and display repairs.
• Follow planograms and client directives with accuracy.
• Capture photos and document completed work using a mobile device.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas at client sites.
