Job summary

Child Focus in Mt. Orab, OH is seeking a Mobile Response and Stabilization Therapist (MRSS) to support youth and families in crisis. You will perform crisis de-escalation, assessments, and short-term treatment including individual and family therapy, focusing on individuals aged 20 and younger in Brown and Adams Counties.

The role is full-time with a day shift and requires one evening per week until 8pm. A sign-on bonus is included to attract qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Social Work or LSW required.
• Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or MFT preferred.
• Licenses required: LSW, LPC, or MFT.
• License preferred: LISW, LPCC, or IMFT.

Responsibilities

• Respond to individuals and families experiencing a mental health crisis in Brown and Adams Counties.
• Provide crisis de-escalation, mental health assessment, and care level decision-making for ages 20 and younger.
• Deliver stabilization of immediate crises and short-term treatment including crisis intervention.
• Deliver individual and family therapy and coordinate services/referrals to ongoing care.
