TEN (Transportation Equipment Network) is seeking a Mobile Reefer Trailer Technician in Edwardsville, IL to diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigerated trailers for a North American fleet. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and independent work with opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• EPA 608 and EPA 609 certifications are preferred.
• Basic computer and keyboard skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Mechanical expertise and technical skills in refrigeration.
• Welding and fabrication skills helpful.
• Safety awareness is essential.
• Experience in the trailer/transportation industry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform on-site diagnostic services, repairs, and maintenance on refrigeration units.
• Verify unit performance by diagnosing faults physically and via downloads.
• Identify worn or damaged parts through inspections and tests.
• Repair or replace faulty components to correct system deficiencies.
• Maintain equipment via preventative maintenance and component upgrades.
• Record repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service and protect customer property.
• Complete repair orders timely to meet departmental objectives.
• Participate in company training and safety programs.
• Stay updated on industry standards and safety regulations.
