Job summary

Aria Care Partners is seeking aRegistered Dental Hygienist to provide on-site hygiene services at facilities we serve across the home market. You will work with the DDS and facility staff to meet patient needs and follow ADA standards of care.

The role requires driving to client facilities within a 20 minute to 2.5 hour radius. You will be paid for drive time over 30 minutes each way and will document treatment in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state in good standing.
• 5 years’ experience as a RDH preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Review patient lists prior to visit and ensure supplies/equipment are available.
• Arrive on time and review the list of patients to be seen.
• Transport, set-up and take down equipment in designated workspace.
• Coordinate transfer of patient charts with facility staff and clinical coordinator.
• Perform dental hygiene care including X-rays, cleaning, sealants and perio assessment.
• Explain procedures to patients and provide follow-up recommendations to staff.
• Enter chart notes into Salesforce at time of treatment.
• Ensure OSHA regulations are followed during patient treatment.
• Maintain and inventory dental equipment and supplies.
