Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to perform repairs.
• Perform railcar repairs using MIG/Flux/Stick welding.
• Maintain safety, quality, and accuracy in repair records.
• Read and write English at a high school level.
• Follow FRA and AAR rules and company EHS policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs using hand and power tools and welding.
• Interpret job work orders and execute required repairs.
• Coordinate repairs efficiently within scheduled hours.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with EHS policies.
• Ensure QA standards are met for AAR, ARS, and customers.
