Job summary

Gismart ищет QA-инженера для мобильных продуктов в удалённом формате. Ваша задача — тестировать требования, проектировать сценарии и выявлять риски, работать с командами разработки, аналитики, дизайна и маркетинга для сохранения высокого качества продукта.

В обязанности входит подготовка релиз-кадидатов, настройка A/B тестов, ведение тестовой документации и поддержка жизненного цикла приложения на iOS/Android. Требуется опыт мобильного тестирования, знание инструментов и CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 2+ года QA-опыта, предпочтительно в мобильных проектах.
• Умение работать с требованиями, независимо проектировать тестовые сценарии и оценивать риски.
• Хорошее знание мобильных платформ (iOS & Android): архитектура, UI/UX, фоновое поведение, разрешения и lifecycle.
• Способность выбирать тестовые устройства — обоснование выбора в зависимости от аудитории и продукта.
• Понимание iOS Sandbox и Google Wallet — ограничения и тестирование платежей и авторизации.
• Опыт работы с мобильным тестированием и инструментами отладки: Charles Proxy, Xcode, Android Studio, CI/CD.

• Test features against requirements — analyze acceptance criteria, design flexible and resilient test scenarios using test design techniques to maximize coverage and minimize risks.
• Document and prioritize defects — create reproducible steps, attach screenshots/logs, and provide clear descriptions to speed up bug fixing.
• Maintain test documentation — checklists, regression notes.
• Keep documentation up-to-date and scalable as the product grows.
• Prepare Release Candidates for production — Validate build stability; Work with configuration files (JSON): verify flags, values, and conditions affecting production functionality
• Set up and validate A/B tests — help define conditions and ensure experiments run correctly for target user segments.
• Take ownership of quality — understand how testing impacts product, users, and business. Be able to defend quality decisions and take initiative in edge cases.
• Participate in cross-team activities — planning, retros, discussions.
• Maintain product quality through collaboration with development, analytics, design, and marketing.

• 2+ years of QA experience, preferably in mobile or cross-platform products.
• Ability to work with requirements, independently design test scenarios, and assess risks.
• Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS & Android): architecture basics, UI/UX patterns, background behavior, permissions, and app lifecycle.
• Ability to select test devices — justify device/OS selection based on target audience, market, and product specifics.
• Understanding of iOS Sandbox and Google Wallet — limitations, security policies, and testing specifics for payments and authorization flows.
• Experience with mobile testing and debugging tools: Charles Proxy (traffic interception & analysis); Xcode & Android Studio (logs, simulators/emulators, builds); Jenkins or other CI/CD tools (pipeline & logs understanding).
