Job summary

Intelliswift Software Inc. is hiring a QA tester for a 6+ month contract in San Jose. The role focuses on testing mobile apps (Android and iOS) within ecommerce flows, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, ensuring end-to-end quality and payment reliability.

You will partner with onsite developers and product teams, create and execute manual test plans, and leverage tools like Postman and Jira to track defects and test results. Hybrid work setup in the San Jose area is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of QA experience with emphasis on mobile app testing and ecommerce workflows.
• Experience testing transactions and payment flows (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• Hands-on testing on physical devices or simulators.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous, functional, exploratory, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing on client mobile apps.
• Validate end-to-end mobile app checkout journeys and payment processing.
• Identify, isolate, and document defects, latency issues, and edge-case failures.
• Collaborate with onsite developers, product managers, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and track fixes.
• Serve as testing SME and advise stakeholders on test procedures.
• Build, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test plans.
