The Opportunity:

The QA Automation Engineer at Abbott ensures the quality of software products within the Lingo division, focusing on mobile applications. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing manual and automated tests, conducting thorough testing, and collaborating on automation practices, all while maintaining compliance with medical industry standards.

What You’ll Work On:

1. Conduct software testing aligned with Agile SDLC processes.
2. Review test plans for accuracy, coverage, and compliance.
3. Develop and optimize automation scripts using Selenium and Cucumber.
4. Build automated testing frameworks supporting unit and integration tests.
5. Manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous integration and deployment.
6. Customize automation solutions for regulatory compliance and efficiency.
7. Create and maintain high-quality documentation for automated systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific, technical, or engineering discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in Software Testing or QA.
• Experience with Selenium and Cucumber frameworks.
• Experience testing mobile applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with medical devices.
• Agile development experience.
• Experience with embedded systems and integration testing.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, medical mobile apps, or cloud computing.

$86,700.00 – $173,300.00, with variations based on location.
