Chuck Bellah Physical Therapists, PC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for home-based care in South San Diego. You will deliver one-on-one physical therapy services, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.

The ideal candidate holds a PTA degree, has at least 2 years of experience, and is self-motivated. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $60.00 - $65.00 per hour are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in home health.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in patients' homes.
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist.
