Job summary

Advantage Healthcare Services in Hawaii is seeking a Mobile Nurse to provide mobile pharmacy services to patients under the supervision of the Injection Manager. You will plan, monitor, and optimize medication therapy in collaboration with care teams.

This per diem role emphasizes flexibility, bedside care in mental health settings, administering medications, monitoring progress, and coordinating with psychologists and physicians to support stability and recovery.

Qualifications

• RN license in Hawaii is required or in process.
• Experience in psychiatric/behavioral health settings preferred.
• Vaccinations and TB clearance are required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile patient care in a mental health capacity.
• Administer medications or treatments as directed.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes.
• Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, and physicians.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize medication therapy with care teams.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Travel to patient locations as needed.
