Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is partnering with a fintech client to appoint a Director of Product, Apps who will own the mobile product vision for iOS and Android and lead the strategy, execution, and roadmaps that drive growth, retention, and customer value.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and executive leadership to deliver world-class mobile experiences and to explore AI-enabled capabilities that advance the product ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with significant mobile app leadership.
• Experience scaling consumer or B2B2C mobile products.
• Strong background in growth, analytics, experimentation, and user experience.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing product teams.
• Experience within fintech, payments, digital platforms, or other high-growth technology environments is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile product vision, strategy, and roadmap across iOS and Android.
• Lead product teams focused on delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Drive growth initiatives through analytics, experimentation, and funnel optimization.
• Own key product metrics including engagement, retention, activation, and lifetime value.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and business leaders.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, emerging technology, and new product capabilities.
