Job summary

L2L is hiring a Software Engineer in the greater Salt Lake City area to help build and ship a mobile platform used by frontline workers across sites. You will own features from first line of code through staged store rollout, and you will help shape automated verification and release systems to keep velocity high.

3+ years of professional software engineering experience, strong TypeScript and React Native skills, and a track record of delivering mobile or frontend applications to production are

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, including shipping a production mobile or frontend application.
• Strong TypeScript, and working knowledge of React Native or React.
• Experience shipping a React Native or Expo app to both stores, or strong evidence you can pick it up fast.
• Experience releasing to the Apple App Store and Google Play with staged rollouts and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Build features in L2L mobile apps using React Native, Expo, and TypeScript.
• Own the hybrid experience where native screens meet the web platform: biometric login, deep links, and in-app browsing of core product.
• Design for the factory floor: locked devices, patchy connectivity, and shared devices.
• Write tests and end-to-end flows that run against simulators, emulators, and real devices.
