Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Mobile Power Account Manager.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $121,124.97 - $150,000. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do: PRIMARY FUNCTION

The primary function of this role is to establish sales strategies and account management initiatives for specialty OEM customers who manufacture products requiring mobile power products.

The role is responsible for business development, revenue, profitability, customer relations, and overall account management for assigned customers. It will serve as the primary liaison between Eaton, Bezares (Eaton is the North American master distributor for the Bezares USA mobile hydraulic power portfolio; Bezares is a global manufacturer of Power Take Offs, hydraulic pumps, tanks, valves, and other related mobile hydraulic power components), and the customer. This role requires managing and driving execution across multiple organizations and functions.

The role involves developing relationships with key engineering and purchasing contacts, acting as the primary point of contact within all functional areas to support customer growth strategies. Responsibilities include understanding engineering requirements, employing Eaton and Bezares resources to generate technical solutions, formulating business cases, and articulating engineered value propositions.

Additionally, a basic understanding of product designs and performance within the mobile power space is necessary, along with the ability to evaluate current product portfolios for potential opportunities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Develop and implement growth strategies for the Mobile Power product portfolio, collaborating with internal and external partners.
  2. Work closely with customer engineering and technical teams to understand requirements and specifications.
  3. Understand product performance, system operations, and portfolio availability to offer technical solutions.
  4. Develop and manage relationships at all organizational levels.
  5. Participate in problem resolution related to customers.
  6. Represent Eaton at OEM events.
  7. Collect industry intelligence and communicate trends.
  8. Manage Long Term Agreement contracts, including pricing and rebates.
  9. Implement product pricing updates and maintain account standing.
  10. Participate in SIOP processes to improve forecast accuracy.
  11. Contribute to new product launches, including participation in ProLaunch.
  12. Support customer scorecard activities and improvements.

This role can be supported remotely for candidates currently residing in the USA. It requires approximately 50% travel within the US and Canada.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications (required):

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of overall experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in mobile power and/or fluid power industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in CV account management or aftermarket sales.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Current residence in the USA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business, Engineering, or technical degree.
  • Knowledge of truck products.
  • Experience in trucking and transportation industry.
