Job summary

AllCare.ai is seeking a licensed Doctor of Podiatric Medicine to provide podiatric care across assisted living communities in Southern California. You will perform in-facility visits with clustered routes to minimize travel time and deliver high-quality geriatric podiatry.

The role requires a valid California DPM license, DEA registration, and BLS certification, with a flexible schedule of at least one day per week. W-2 or 1099 arrangement available to fit your practice.

Qualifications

• Active California DPM license in good standing.
• Active DEA registration.
• Experience in geriatric or facility-based settings preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to sanitize and maintain own equipment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage podiatric conditions for residents in assisted living communities
• Provide routine foot and ankle assessments, diabetic foot care, wound management, nail care, callus treatment, and orthotics
• Collaborate with our care team including primary care providers and facility staff
• Participate in care coordination and case reviews
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
