Job summary

AllCare.ai seeks a licensed Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) to provide podiatric care to residents in assisted living communities across Southern California. This mobile role operates in-facility visits with clustered routes and requires availability of at least 1 day per week (Mon–Thu).

W-2 or 1099 arrangements are supported. You will assess podiatric conditions, perform routine foot and ankle care, diabetic foot management, wound care, and orthotics, while collaborating with the care team

Qualifications

• Active California DPM license in good standing.
• Active DEA registration.
• BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Experience in geriatric or facility-based settings preferred.
• Sanitize and maintain own equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage podiatric conditions for residents in assisted living communities.
• Provide routine foot and ankle assessments, diabetic foot care, wound management, nail care, callus treatment, and orthotics.
• Collaborate with our care team including primary care providers and facility staff.
• Participate in care coordination and case reviews.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
