Job summary

Idealease of Knoxville is seeking a dependable Mobile Preventive Maintenance Technician to service commercial trucks at customer locations around Knoxville. You will travel in a company mobile service vehicle and perform scheduled PM tasks to keep fleets operating safely and reliably.

The role emphasizes independent work, attention to detail, and clear communication with customers and our service team. Automotive fleet maintenance experience is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience performing automotive or fleet maintenance is required.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and inspections.
• Ability to manage a mobile service schedule and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Good communication with customers and service team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations in a mobile service vehicle.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on commercial trucks.
• Complete oil/air/filter changes, lubrication, and fluid checks.
• Inspect brakes, tires, lights, belts, hoses, batteries, and other components.
• Document inspections, services, and recommended repairs.
