Job summary

Your Health Organization is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide primary care services to patients in the Marietta area, including homes, ALFs, ILFs, clinics, and via Telehealth.

This full-time role offers a salary-based compensation with a monthly bonus opportunity, regular hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM), and a benefits package including 401K matching, HDHP plan, HSA, and generous PTO. Travel between offices and facilities is required.

Qualifications

• PT degree and state license to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to travel between offices and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete physical assessment and health education.
• Obtain health and psychosocial history and records.
• Arrange referrals to other health team members and resources.
• Market and provide community education.
