A rehabilitation services provider is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to help patients regain independence through functional rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Re-assess treatment plan effectiveness and attend staffing meetings.
• Communicate patient's needs to the treatment team and family.

Skills

Functional rehabilitation experience
