You will develop personalized treatment plans, perform therapeutic exercises, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care. A Michigan license is required, with home health experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Physical Therapist with Michigan license.
• Home health care experience preferred.
