Job summary

AdvisaCare in Michigan is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide in-home PT services across Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties. You will travel to client homes, assess movement and mobility, and create real-life recovery plans.

We welcome new grads and seasoned pros who value autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful impact while delivering high-quality care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Michigan with active license.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication with patients and families.
• Valid driver's license for home visits.
• Experience in home health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes and provide personalized physical therapy sessions.
• Assess movement, strength, and mobility challenges and build real-life plans.
• Teach exercises, techniques, and modifications to reduce pain and improve daily living.
• Motivate and guide clients through recovery at their pace.
• Communicate with families and healthcare team members to track progress.
