Job summary

Lunaphysicaltherapy is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver outpatient PT in patients’ homes near Bellevue, WA. This role emphasizes autonomy, 1:1 patient care and minimal administrative tasks, with per-visit compensation of $75–$82.

You can choose your schedule, work part-time or full-time, and Luna handles patient matching within roughly a 30-minute drive, allowing you to focus on delivering hands-on care.

Qualifications

• Active state PT license.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
• Flexible scheduling - you choose when and how often you treat
