Job summary

Quest Diagnostics seeks a Mobile Examiner to cover field exams, ensuring accurate specimen collection, proper documentation, and timely processing. The role includes in-center and mobile visits, phlebotomy duties, and patient safety. You may mentor new staff and support department protocols.

Requirements include validated phlebotomy experience (100+ blood draws) and strong communication skills. Travel up to 50 miles may be required, with flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 100 documented successful blood draws
• Minimum one-year phlebotomy experience; pediatrics/geriatric experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens accurately and on time
• Perform in-center and mobile exams, including vitals, histories, venipuncture, urine collection and EKG
• Complete paperwork accurately and log results in the portal within required timeframes
• Label, process, and ship specimens per test orders
• Provide customer service to clients and maintain safe work environment
