Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Mobile Examiner to provide field coverage for mobile exams, performing phlebotomy and associated duties with accuracy and timeliness. The role includes specimen collection, patient interaction, and documentation, with travel up to 25 miles.

The position requires at least 1 year of phlebotomy experience, a minimum of 100 blood draws, and a valid driver license. Benefits include a 401(k) plan with match. Salary range in pay band is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 100 documented successful blood draws required.
• Minimum one-year phlebotomy experience.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Collects specimens according to established procedures.
• Conducts in center exams and mobile exams, including taking basic vitals, medical histories, venipuncture, urine collection, and EKG.
• Labels, centrifuges and splits specimens as required by test order.
• Packages specimens for transport and ships to lab indicated on work orders.
