Job summary

Vitalant in United States is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to support blood drives within a 200-mile radius. You will assist the team, perform blood draws (training provided), and ensure donors have a comfortable, consistent experience across sites.

The role trains for 12 weeks at Greentree and advances in a full-time schedule with varied hours, including weekends. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success and patient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid in-state driver's license with suitable driving record.
• Must have personal reliable transportation.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Basic Windows PC proficiency.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures.
• Flexible shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, keep them comfortable and informed.
• Perform blood draws with paid training provided.
• Set up and support blood drives within a 200-mile range.
• Maintain accurate donor information and records.
• Receive coaching and support from managers for career development.
