Job summary

Asset Risk Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our mobile team in Ridgecrest, CA. You will collect blood samples at patient locations using provided kits, with no centrifuging required. This role is paid per successful blood draw.

Compensation ranges from $30-$40 per patient, depending on experience, and reliable transportation is a MUST. This position emphasizes patient reassurance and accurate labeling for testing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Knowledge of patient identification methods.
• Familiarity with the legal requirements regarding blood draws and fluid samples.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize requests for sample collection based on urgency.
• Collect patients’ personal information.
• Determine the correct venipuncture method for each patient.
• Provide patients with reassurance during the collection process.
• Use sterilized needles, vials, and other equipment to draw blood.
• Correctly label samples and send them for testing.
• NEVER send back ANY NEEDLES with any Blood draw.

So, reliable transportation is a MUST. No centrifuging needed. Just collect and send. You are paid per SUCCESSFUL Blood Draw. Ranging from $30-$40 per patient depending on experience!
