Job summary

Getlabs seeks a PRN Mobile Phlebotomist to perform at-home blood draws in a high-growth startup environment. You will visit patients in their home or office, collect specimens, and ensure proper processing with a focus on patient experience.

Candidates must have phlebotomy certification and at least 1 year of experience, with Spanish as a bonus. Flexible scheduling and a $22/hr base with mileage reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
• Experience processing samples.
• Certification from AMT/ASCP/NCCT.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Spanish language is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their home or office for phlebotomy services.
• Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and processing of specimens.
• Adapt to a rapid high-growth environment.
• Maintain close communication with operations and patient experience teams.
• As PRN, confirm availability with leader weekly for the week ahead.
• Leader schedules shifts based on availability.
• PRN availability of at least three days a week (5am–1pm) Monday–Friday; up to 29 hours/week.
