Job summary

Premise Health seeks Health Screeners to support biometric screenings in Shreveport, LA. This as-needed role involves performing fingerstick/venipuncture blood draws, recording results, and maintaining biospecimen handling and event station setup.

Ideal candidates have customer service excellence, phlebotomy credentials, and the ability to work morning events Mon-Fri. Mileage reimbursement and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
• National certification in Phlebotomy from Premise Health approved organization or equivalent.
• Certificate/Diploma with hands-on externship in Phlebotomy; recent fingersticks/venipunctures emphasized.
• Active state phlebotomy certification required for LA where phlebotomy is performed.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric testing (height, weight, BMI, body fat, blood pressure).
• Conduct fingerstick or venipuncture blood draws in a fast-paced setting.
• Prepare specimens for storage or processing.
• Set up/break down portable biometric stations.
• Transport supplies to events as needed (up to 20 lbs).
• Maintain logs/records in compliance with policies and regulations.
