Job summary

Premise Health is seeking Health Screeners to support mobile biometric screenings in Moscow, ID. You will perform on-site health checks at client events and document results with accuracy. This role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay as-needed for local deployments.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, basic phlebotomy experience, and reliable transport. You must be available in the mornings for event-based shifts and comply with credentialing and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current national phlebotomy certification from a Premise Health approved organization OR related program with externship.
• Active state phlebotomy certification required in NV, CA, WA, and LA for phlebotomy duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform and record biometric testing results (height, weight, BP, body fat, BMI).
• Blood testing including fingerstick or venipuncture in a fast-paced setting.
• Prepare specimens for storage or processing.
• Set up and break down portable biometric stations.
• Transport supplies to events (lifting up to 20 lbs).
• Maintain logs and records per regulatory requirements.
• Must have morning availability Monday–Friday for events.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking Health Screeners to join our team in Moscow, ID.

About the role: These positions are as-needed opportunities and offer flexibility in scheduling and highly competitive pay. We send you out to local companies within your area to perform health screenings for the employees of the companies.

What would make you successful in this role? Strong customer service skills, previous venipuncture and/or fingerstick experience, ability to use a manual blood pressure cuff, tech savvy and excellent communication skills.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform and record biometric testing results including, but not limited to height, weight, blood pressure, body fat, and BMI (Body Mass Index)
• Blood testing including fingerstick and / or venipuncture blood draws in a fast-paced environment
• Preparation of specimens for storage or additional processing
• Set up and break down portable blood draw / biometric station(s)
• May need to transport supplies to and from health screening events (lifting up to 20 lbs.)
• Maintains the logs and records for all Laboratory transactions and information in accordance with department and regulatory requirements
• Must have morning availability (Monday-Friday) for event-based employment
• May require other duties as assigned

Education

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required
• Current national certification in Phlebotomy from a Premise Health approved organization OR one of the following:
• Certificate/Diploma and Transcripts from an accredited Phlebotomy program with hands-on externship completed
• Over 100 successful fingersticks within the last year or a minimum of 200 successful venipuncture blood draws within the last 6 months
• Active state specific Phlebotomy certification is required for candidates performing phlebotomy in NV, CA WA, and LA

Experience

• 1 year of experience of Health Screening or Phlebotomy experience preferred
