Getlabs is the leading platform for at-home diagnostics. Healthcare organizations use Getlabs to send mobile phlebotomists to patients' homes and collect labs, vitals, and advanced diagnostics. Our mission is to expand access to diagnostics for everyone, saving lives.

About the role:

We are seeking PRN (as needed) Mobile Phlebotomists with experience in hospital, office, or mobile environments. Candidates must maintain high standards with minimal supervision. We value friendly, empathetic, and compassionate candidates who care about patients. Our focus is on providing an exceptional patient experience.

At Getlabs, you will:
  1. Visit patients at home or office, drive in your own vehicle, process specimens, and drop samples at labs.
  2. Follow safe blood collection procedures with high accuracy.
  3. Adapt in a fast-growing environment.
  4. Maintain communication with the operations and patient experience teams.
  5. Confirm weekly availability and be scheduled accordingly.
  6. Be available for at least 3 days a week, 5am-1pm, up to 29 hours/week.
Requirements:
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
  • At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile preferred).
  • Experience processing samples.
  • Certification from agencies like AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
Bonus:
  • Fluent in Spanish.
