Job summary

Griffin Health is seeking a dedicated Road Phlebotomist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this mobile role, you will travel to healthcare facilities and other designated locations to collect blood specimens with precision, professionalism, and care.

You will perform venipuncture, ensure patient comfort, label and ship specimens promptly, and maintain accurate documentation while following safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have at least three months of phlebotomy experience.
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and adapt to a mobile environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection at designated sites.
• Ensure patient comfort and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Label and transport specimens to the laboratory promptly.
• Maintain accurate patient and specimen documentation per regulatory standards.
