Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Current certification as a Phlebotomist in Ohio.
• Geriatric patient experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws on patients in client-centered environments.
• Label and handle specimens for transport to the laboratory.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and orders.
• Communicate effectively with patients, facilities and lab staff.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
