Job summary

Clariti Diagnostics Laboratories is seeking a compassionate Mobile Phlebotomist to collect blood samples from patients in client-centered environments on a part-time, PRN basis. This role emphasizes safe blood draws, accurate labeling, and meticulous documentation while operating in a mobile setting.

The ideal candidate holds at least 2 years of phlebotomy experience, current Ohio CPT certification, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Current certification as a Phlebotomist in Ohio.
• Previous experience with geriatric patients is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and clinical laboratory procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a mobile setting.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws on patients in a safe, efficient, and patient-centered manner.
• Follow proper protocols during blood collection.
• Accurately label and handle collected specimens for transport to the laboratory.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, test orders, and specimen collection.
• Provide exceptional care to patients with varying needs and sensitivities.
• Ensure accurate and timely specimen collection.
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare facilities, and lab staff.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
