Job summary

ASSET RISK INC is seeking a mobile Phlebotomist to join our team. You will collect blood samples from patients at various sites, ensuring comfort and safety during the draw. Reliable transportation is a MUST as this is a MOBILE position and patients already have their kits.

You are paid per successful blood draw, typically $30-$40 per patient, with compensation based on experience. No centrifuging required; strict labeling and sending of samples are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Knowledge of best practices in patient identification methods.
• Familiarity with the legal requirements regarding blood draws and fluid samples.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize sample collection requests based on urgency.
• Collect patients’ personal information.
• Determine the correct venipuncture method for each patient.
• Provide patients with reassurance during the collection process.
• Use sterilized needles, vials, and other equipment to draw blood.
• Correctly label samples and send them for testing.
• NEVER send back ANY NEEDLES with any Blood draw.
