Job summary

PTI Health is seeking an experienced Mobile Phlebotomist for full-time work visiting home-bound patients and facilities such as nursing homes and daycares. You will procure blood and other specimens, process them, and arrange transport to the lab, with a standard 7am–3pm shift from Monday to Friday.

The role requires a valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate and at least two years of experience; mobile phlebotomy experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• NCPT Phlebotomy certificate from NCCT, NHA or an accepted certifying agency for phlebotomy.
• Initial and annual competencies required to remain in the position.
• Minimum two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Procure blood and other laboratory specimens from patients.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, and freeze when required).
• Transport specimens to local lab or PSC for processing.
• Work Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shift from 7 am to 3 pm.
