Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate by NCCT, NHA or a current certification by an accepted certifying agency for phlebotomy.
• Demonstrate initial and annual competencies to remain in the position.
• Experience using a smartphone, computer, and office printer.

Responsibilities

• Procure blood and other laboratory specimens from home-bound patients and facilities using venipuncture and other appropriate procedures.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, freeze when required) and transport to local lab or PSC.
• Work Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shift (approx. 7 am–3 pm).
• Uphold high ethical standards and patient care.
