Job summary

PTI Health seeks an experienced, full-time Mobile Phlebotomist to procure blood and other specimens from home-bound patients and facilities such as nursing homes and adult daycares. The role emphasizes empathy, organization, and problem-solving within a patient-centered team.

Compensation is performance-based, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and benefits including health insurance, 401(k) match, profit-sharing, PTO, and mileage reimbursement after 40 miles/day.

Qualifications

• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate by NCCT, NHA or other accepted certifying agency.
• Minimum two (2) years of phlebotomy experience.
• Mobile Phlebotomy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Procure blood and other laboratory specimens from patients using standard venipuncture procedures.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, and freeze when required).
• Transport specimens to local lab or PSC for processing.
• Work Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shift starting at 7 am.
