Job summary

APPS Paramedical seeks dependable, detail-oriented medical professionals to perform mobile paramedical exams across Utah. You’ll conduct health histories, collect vitals, specimens, and may perform ECGs; you control your hours and coordinate with the branch office as cases come in.

Qualified candidates have current licensure (RN, LPN, Med Tech, Medical Assistant, or Paramedic), at least one year phlebotomy experience with 200 draws, a valid driver’s license, transportation, and strong

• Valid driver’s license and own transportation with insurance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and technical skills.
• Computer, cell phone, and fax capabilities; willingness to coordinate with branch office.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile paramedical exams including health history and vitals.

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented medical professionals to work flexible PRN, in most areas of Utah.

Responsibilities May Include

• Performing mobile paramedical exams (health history, vitals, obtain and complete specimens (blood, urine, etc.);
• May complete ECG tracings (ecg's not available in all areas; the local office will determine this need).
• The ability to schedule your own hours; you tell us when you are available to assist with cases.
• Must have strong and continued communication with the branch office regarding case status.

Qualified Candidates Must Have

• Current licensure, certificate of medical training (e.g., RN, LPN, Med Tech, Medical Assistant, and Paramedics) as required by your state for completion of phlebotomy services.
• Must have one year of current phlebotomy experience and completed a minimum of 200 successful draws, valid driver’s license, and own transportation with valid insurance.
• The position requires excellent communication, organization, and technical skills: the interpersonal skills to interface extensively with clients, management, and office staff, as well as a high level of courtesy, tact, and professionalism.
• The candidate must also have a computer, cell phone, and fax capabilities. Fixed compensation per case completed
