Job summary

APPS Paramedical Services is seeking dependable medical professionals to perform mobile paramedical exams across Utah on a PRN basis. Responsibilities include health history, vitals, specimen collection, and possibly ECG tracings.

You set your own hours and coordinate with the branch office on case status. Qualified candidates must hold current licensure (RN/LPN/Med Tech/MA/Paramedic) as required by state for phlebotomy, with at least 1 year of phlebotomy experience and 200 successful draws,

Qualifications

• Current licensure, certificate of medical training as required by state for phlebotomy services.
• Must have one year of phlebotomy experience and at least 200 successful draws.
• Must have valid driver’s license and own transportation with insurance.
• Strong communication, organization and technical skills; professional interaction with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile paramedical exams including health history, vitals, and specimen collection (blood, urine).
• May perform ECG tracings; local office determines need.
• Schedule your own hours and communicate case status with branch office.

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented medical professionals to work flexible PRN, in most areas of Utah.

Responsibilities may include:

• Performing mobile paramedical exams (health history, vitals, obtain and complete specimens (blood, urine, etc.);
• May complete ECG tracings (ecg's not available in all areas; the local office will determine this need).
• The ability to schedule your own hours; you tell us when you are available to assist with cases.
• Must have strong and continued communication with the branch office regarding case status.

Qualified candidates must have:

• Current licensure, certificate of medical training (e.g., RN, LPN, Med Tech, Medical Assistant, and Paramedics) as required by your state for completion of phlebotomy services.
• Must have one year of current phlebotomy experience and completed a minimum of 200 successful draws, valid driver’s license, and own transportation with valid insurance.
• The position requires excellent communication, organization, and technical skills: the interpersonal skills to interface extensively with clients, management, and office staff, as well as a high level of courtesy, tact, and professionalism.
• The candidate must also have a computer, cell phone, and fax capabilities. Fixed compensation per case completed
